We welcomed the freshies today.
some parents came to see their sons off. it basically went the same way as the welcome back ceremony yesterday. the only difference was that it was held inside the gym and it was a lot more formal.

i now officially have an office space! its still missing a computer but im not in a hurry. everyones been hurrying these past 2 days trying to get my area all settled. every time i came into the office, something was rearranged.

went to home plus during lunch break with my co and wrote down prices. apparently there is 1million won set aside for me for things i need for my apt. so we went window shopping and took down prices. it was pretty fun!

ordering lunch was pretty cool. theres an area with displays of food that the different stores sell. what you do is, you pick the number you want. go to the register which is at the entrance to the food court, pay for your food, find a seat and then when your number gets called you pick up your food. pretty efficient though i cant imagine how crazy the line would be during rush hour. apparently today was home plus' 12 year anniversary and they were giving everyone that ate at the food court ramen! freeee ramen! yes! we came on the right day!
