Ghibli Museum in Mitaka, Japan
I've been wanting to go to the Ghibli Museum for a long time and since I've finally made it to Japan, I had to go. You have to make reservations ahead of time to go to the museum. I had to "order" my reservation online. It cost 1000Yen which is about $8.50ish. Mitaka is in the outskirs of Tokyo and I still wasn't used to the crazy metro/train lines of Japan so naturally I got lost and turned around once when I had to transfer. I eventually made it on the one day that it didn't rain.

The British Museum
Majority of the museums in London are FREE. Awesome right? Just
don't be too surprised at how many people will also be there with you. I
personally like going to museums alone only bc I can go at my own pace.
Sometimes I like reading the bits of info that's attached to a painting or
sculpture. Other times I just look at something and keep walking.
Canterbury, England
Friday: I almost missed my bus. I made it with a minute to spare.
I blame Carl. He shouldn't let a person with a guide book of his country decide
on what time to leave. Basically there was a lot of running between metro
transfers and to the Victoria Coach Station. I was supposed to be there 10mins
beforehand as the bus driver so nicely told me when I was getting on. Sorry
Carl, next time, don't listen to tourists!
Icheon Pottery
Having friends all over Korea makes for great weekend visits. I met Kayc when he was living in Cheongju, now he lives in Icheon (very close to Seoul) and they are known for clay making. Kayc told Christina and I about this pottery place and so we (Christina and I) decided to visit him one weekend and make some pottery.
