The Busan Sand Festival happens every year. I went with my friend Lea whom I hadn't seen since orientation. Right when we got out of the subway, there was a parade on the way. It was a bunch of people dressed and colored in paint as smurfs. They were doing back flips and taekwondo moves. There was also this weird alien contraption thing.
 
The beach was packed with so many people taking photos, sun bathing, swimming, drinking and making their own sand sculptures.
My favorite sculpture was probably the Alice in Wonderland and Storybook one. It played on my fairy tale interests.
We got so excited when we saw TGIF, decided to eat dinner there. This BMW ad was pretty awesome too.
Overall it was a nice beach day full of tall sand sculptures
